Blam! Within the first few minutes of the Laguna Seca race Car #4's left flank (yes the one with the moniker of the new sponsor, Gulfstream) was smashed open by competitive "contact". The car came in and, in about 60 seconds, was patched up with yellow tape that held it together for the rest of the 4 hour race. While not exactly Martha Stewart's handiwork, it got the job done helping the car & Olivier Beretta to win the 2006 ALMS championship.
