Check out the contours of the leading edge of the AM rear wing. Pretty sophisticated and different from the C6R design. Seen from the back you can catch the shape as well.
If not just a translation of the Aston Martin logo, then someone has been busy studying Ornithology aerodynamics, or has WAY TOO MUCH TIME on their hands in front of the CAD computer.
Reminds me of a WWII Spitfire pilots moustache.....what! Either that or they left it out in the sunny for too long.

Wacky wing. Let's see how it holds up in hour 20. I still can not get used to the Gulf livery on the Aston's. They're supposed to be BRG!

This race will be a ream effort for sure, and we've got the best team. Can an isider please give us some comments on the Saleens. I understand they have some rules breaks over the Vettes and AM's.

I think it's little things like that that are the reason why the Astons are always much faster than the Vettes at Le Mans. Granted speed doesn't necessarily equal a win, it certainly doesn't hurt. And the Aston's certainly not hurting in that department.

The Saleen S7Rs have no rules breaks in GT1. One of Larbre's S7R drivers this year won overall in 1993.
